Job Description

Detail-oriented professional with expertise in software usage, project management, and customer service. PRO Trainers form the backbone of the company and are on the front lines as they implement and onboard new clients. Must be willing to travel onsite. Preference given to applicants with experience in the Portable Restroom and Wastewater Industries.

Customer Service

Responsibilities Include:

  • Train new onboarding clients in our PRO Workflows.

  • Travel Onsite if needed to implement and train new clients.


Qualifications for PRO Trainer:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2-5 years of implementation and/or related experience in the PRO Industry. 

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Customer service skills
