PRO Software Solutions Cancellation Confirmation Agreement

Acknowledgment of Cancellation
By accepting this agreement, I confirm that I have requested the cancellation of my PRO Software Solutions subscription. I acknowledge that access to the system and all related services will be discontinued as of the cancellation effective date.

Data Retrieval & Retention Policy
I confirm that I have retrieved all data from PRO Software Solutions to the fullest extent I need. I understand that after my account is deactivated:

• PRO Software Solutions will retain my data for seven (7) years to comply with record-keeping best practices.
• To reduce storage costs, my data will be compressed and archived in a manner that is not immediately accessible.
• If I require data restoration in the future, a service fee will be required to cover the senior engineering time necessary to retrieve and restore the archived data.

Automatic Assent & Final Billing

By clicking "I Accept" below, I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement, including data retrieval and retention policies. If I do not complete this acceptance within 15 business days, the cancellation request will proceed as scheduled, and PRO Software Solutions will assume my agreement to these terms.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the final cancellation date. PRO Software Solutions reserves the right to pursue collections for unpaid fees. Upon cancellation, the account will be closed, and the data retention policy will take effect as described. Any future data restoration requests will be subject to applicable service fees.

Governing Law & Choice of Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
