📅 2/28/2025 - FINAL PICK UP WIZARD
We’re excited to announce the launch of our Final Pick Up Wizard, a powerful new feature that streamlines your end-of-contract processes.
If "Final Pickup" is the activity type on a work order (WO) and it is marked as done, the system will automatically perform the following actions when the CRON runs (every 3-4 hours):
- Remove all inventory – No need to manually track and remove items.
- Remove the site location from static routes – Automatically update routes to ensure efficiency.
- End contract lines – Close out contracts seamlessly.
This update simplifies the final pickup process, ensuring that your workflow is more efficient and accurate.
📅 2/25/2025 - CUSTOMER PORTAL UPDATE
There is now an update to the Customer Portal!
🔹 What’s New?
Your customers can still log in to view invoices and make payments, but now they can also:
✔️ Request cleaning services
✔️ Schedule unit pickups
✔️ Start a new rental
✔️ And more!
This update makes it easier than ever for your customers to manage their services directly through the portal.
📅 2/24/2025 – Increase Price Tool
Updating contract prices just got easier! Our new Increase Price Tool allows you to:
✔ Select contract lines for price updates
✔ Choose a flat amount or percentage increase
✔ Update all selected lines in one step
🔹 Important: All selected lines must have the same product. If not, you’ll be prompted to refine your selection.
📅 2/12/2025 – Offline Driver Dashboard
No internet? No problem! Our new Offline Driver Dashboard lets your drivers stay on track even in remote areas with little or no cell service.
✔ Pull routes before heading out
✔ Close work orders, time-stamp services, and add notes
✔ Sync everything automatically once back on WiFi
🔹 Works directly in PRO—no special app or SIM card required!
📅 2/12/2025 - Late Fees Simplified
Managing overdue invoices? We’ve added a Simple Monthly Late Fee on Residual option to make it easier to apply fair and straightforward late fees.
🔹 How It Works:
✅ Charges a fixed percentage on the remaining overdue balance (residual) once per month.
✅ Excludes previous late fee invoices from the residual balance.
✅ Does not retroactively apply fees for past months.
✅ Prevents excessive compounding—fees only apply to the current overdue amount.
🔹 Why It’s Helpful:
✔ Simple to calculate and easy for customers to understand.
✔ Prevents overwhelming late fees from stacking up.
✔ Reduces complexity by avoiding backdated fees.
This update helps keep your invoicing fair, predictable, and easy to manage!
📅 2/8/2025 - Driver Notifications
Keeping drivers informed just got easier! With our new Driver Notification feature, drivers will receive an alert when changes are made to their scheduled routes—but only after they’ve already started their route.
🔹 How It Works:
- If a work order is added or removed from an active route, the driver will receive a notification.
- No unnecessary alerts before the route begins—only relevant updates while on the road.
- Ensures drivers stay up to date with any last-minute adjustments.
This feature helps improve communication and reduces confusion for your team on the go!
📅 1/20/2025 – Advanced Mapping Tools
We’ve upgraded our Advanced Mapping Module to enhance route planning and location management:
✔ Interactive Map Views – Switch between map and satellite modes
✔ Smart Location Markers – Easily track depots, dump sites, and service points
✔ Enhanced Route Optimization – One-click optimized routes with turn-by-turn navigation
✔ Polygon Drawing Tools – Create and manage service zones directly on the map
✔ Google Street View Integration – Verify locations before dispatch

📅 6/18/2024 – Collection Log Feature
Easily track collection attempts with our new Collection Notes Tab—now located at the bottom of the customer form view.
✔ Log detailed collection notes without searching through chatter
✔ Notes include date, time, and user information
✔ Ensure collectors are properly assigned in user profiles
This feature makes it easier than ever to track outstanding payments and stay organized.
📅 6/01/2024 – Fail safe Access for admins
In the event that a company accidentally deactivates all its users, PRO Software has a built-in failsafe to ensure continued access:
Automatic Reactivation of Highest-Level User
If all users are deactivated, the system will automatically reactivate the highest-level user within the company.
This user can simply log in and manually reactivate other users as needed.
Password Reset Option
If the highest-level user is unable to log in, they can use the Reset Password button to regain access.
Support Assistance
If further assistance is required, the company’s designated administrator may contact PRO Software Support for help.
